How can you keep looking down without wondering what's above?
How can you sleep knowing no one will be there when you wake?
How can you pretend that not all of your life is particularly fake?
How can you force yourself to forget what you've never truely known?
How can you pretend I'm just a voice on the other end of the phone?
How can you live a life thinking you're all alone?
How can you ignore the sound of my voice? The emotions I've shown...
How can you deny yourself of a life worth living?
How can you explain yourself? Just be happy that I am so forgiving...
