How I Do Battle Poem by wardha jawdat

How I Do Battle

Rating: 3.1

Desert....
Sunwhelmed, hot, wild...
Tempestuous, arrogant
Capricious sanddunes
I stand shadeless
I stand shadowless
There’s fire within
Challenging the fire
Without
I stand silent
At war.

At night the desert is cold, breeze flows within, light, calm, shady coz its dark and the fire is a tasting snow....and the day desert is what you said...there's desert inside us when we are at war and a paradise when we are at peace....wonderful job ' I stand shadeless I stand shadowless' a hearty 10: -) Gul
