How long!
Friday,22nd March 2019

how long can you hide?
and confide self
without letting know others
that you live under fears?

this is no physic problem
but lacking inside the team
the team of self-confidence
and an ability to take the chance

you want to tell
someone and reveal
what is going on inside
and earnestly want an opinion to decide

you want it to come back
and apply the break
on your thoughts
that prevent you to fight back

friends do matter
and offer help
in the time of the need
and give the right feed
