How Thorough

How thorough is Thy Word O God
That knows us through and through
And points us to the blessedness
Of our deep need of You
And brings to light the hidden things
That You have labeled as sin
And points us to the only One
By which sins are forgiven

Yes the Cross still satisfies
And still has power to save
The precious blood of Jesus Christ
Will raise us from our grave
With our new found life in Him
Our Victory is supplied
Praise God He lives Lord Jesus lives
That One Who for sin has died

I stand in that faith and I rejoice
I know in Whom I have believed
And have the witness of the Holy Spirit
Which upon my faith I received
My sin debt totally paid by Christ
He paid for them.... EVERYONE!
No longer a slave or a servant to sin
In Jesus I have found Freedom!
