How To Make Great Love Poem by David Pyrs

How To Make Great Love

Wrapped my fingertips around your
skin Molded heat inside my hand

Made your lips dance around mine
Like no other tomorrow would come

Breathed fire inside my lungs
Flew in, inside your soul

I roared sunset
I roared sunrise

I roared it all and made you cry.

Victorious there, you and I
Spark of glory in my eye

Sweat of passion sailing your lips
Bit of sadness in every goodbye kiss.

I left you there, all alone

With the waves
To carry you home.
