To know the history of the world,
The growth and development of civilization
Is to know about the houses,
Food stocks. clothing
And above all notebook, light house,
Streets, town planning,
Medical treatment, cosmetics,
Mirror, transports and routes,
Education, art and culture.

Had the watch been not,
Had the carriages and coaches been not,
The press and paper,
Medicines and treatment,
Schools and colleges,
Means of transport and communication,
The cable, the telegraph, the post-office,
Electricity, aeroplanes, cars, ships,
How would it have been?

Can we think of development
Without the house,
Bread and butter,
Clothes to cover up,
Food, water and furniture,
Can we without the newspaper,
The radio, the ship,
The plane, the camera?
