Hurt Poem by Katherine Bryce

I will never show you,
how hurt I am,
but when you said good-bye,
I honestly started to cry.

I said 'It's okay',
but it will never be,
because your gone,
the days seem so long.

It's really painful,
even just seeing you,
now we don't even talk,
I just hang my head and walk.

Nothing will be the same,
but it's a part of life,
life will just keep going by,
as I take on everyday with a sigh.

I never wanted to say this,
but I have no other choice,
I'm going to miss you,
but it's something I must do.
