I Accept For Now, She Doesn'T Love Me Poem by Uriah Hamilton

I Accept For Now, She Doesn'T Love Me

I live
for flower incense
wafting to the moon
on mischievous summer rendezvous.

I've known secret midnights
and hidden dawns,
I've woke from dreams
with the fragrance of perfume
still clinging to my shirt.

There's new love on old streets,
there's exciting friends still to meet
on strange boulevards of fast retreats.

This life is splendid in victory
and no less wonderful in defeat.
