I am a woman

I am a woman of my own
and make it known
that I believe in the divinity
and work for humanity

I believe in serenity
and also purity
that is my ultimate destiny
as decided by an almighty

my love shall remain forever
sans fear
I will go near
and say "hi, dear"

I am Jeanette
but lack the power of the bullet
I make it let
that course is already set

I resist imposition
but believe in relation
I shall prevail
and avail an opportunity

It is the way I prefer
An offer
my hand of friendship
and try to keep

you are free
if not agree
but I shall blow my tune
and show it to everyone
