I got bad night's rest
That's what I tell people when I have an attack
They don't need to know why I frantically leave the room
Shut my eyes so the world stops spinning
Why I wear my headphones that blast music
I am fine
I am good
That's all they need
Nothing more nothing less
Nobody knows
The tornado that is in my head
