I am nothing without you, Lord Jesus
Soul loose upon the wind without direction
Blown, buffeted by winds from purple storms
With no purpose or truth to follow.
You are my steadfast rock within stormy seas
Lighthouse beckoning me to a safe harbour
Where ravages of the tempest will not harm me.
I rejoiced in your majesty and teaching
You are light bedazzling in the darkness
Eternal love beyond all understanding
Truth of Almighty God and his creation
Answer to mysteries of life and death.
Glory be to your overwhelming love.
I shall follow your footsteps to Heaven.
