I am drowning in abject sorrow
Knowing that finally the end is here
There seems to be no going back tomorrow
Everyday of silence makes this clear

I am not sure what happened
The sudden turn in course
A good time had hearkened
But i may have misread your thoughts
You drifting beyond the horizon
And i sinking deeper in the rejection zone

I will always remember us
Riding our solitary bus
Though the wheels have come off
My affection will continue non stop.
If ever we can retrace our steps
Back to our old selves.
I am ready
