I Ask You For My Forgiveness Poem by LeeAnn R. Jones

I Ask You For My Forgiveness

I May Have Slit My Wrist
To Try and Take Away The Pain
But It Didn't
And More Pain Is All I Gained

You Say I Need Help
I Try To Tell You KNow
Because IT Was An Experiment That I Wanted To Try
It Didn't Help At All Though

When I First Told You About It
You Said That You Hated Me
And Made Me Realize
That I'm Not Ready To Leave This Earth No Matter HOw Much The
Pain Be

You Then Said I Was Starting To Scare YOu
And I'm Not DOing This On Purpose I Swear
But I Am Just Now Realizing How Much You Care For Me
And How So Far You Have Always Been There

So Please Forgive Me
For What I Have Done
I Promise Not To Do It Again
This Time Was The Only One
