Should I try?
to be
What I am not.

I
Cannot be
what you
expect of me.

I
can’t fulfil
the dreams
Which you could not.

You
had your chance
and failed.
It’s my turn now

I
will pursue
my dreams.
They may come true.

Wish
me success
is that
too much to ask.


I
have no choice
I must
follow my dream.

To
win or lose.
A chance
I have to take

So
say goodbye.
Then smile
and wish me luck.
