Last night I dreamt about you
Last night I dreamt that we were two,
But, as one we were holding hands
While listening to the bands.

I dreamt about you last night
I saw you as I've never seen you before,
I remember smiling and screaming more, more, more
You gave me pleasure and delight.

I dreamt about you yesterday
It was the the best dream that I ever had,
I wasn't used, hurt, broken or sad
Thanks given to God, I did pray.

I dreamt about you this morning
But, when I awoke you were not there,
No one for me to love and care
I woke up with sadness and mourning.

During the day I was sad and I did weep
As I continually thought back to my dream,
You indeed are my desire and it's theme
I can't wait to go back to sleep.
