I Eat Pains

I eat pains
At lunch and dinner
Clean my mouth
and lie down on a mat
Nothingness reigns
everywhere
I play with darkness
here and there.

I feel my hearts bit
When you are with me
But still I fear
You may not be.

I eat hunger
and do sex
with loneliness.

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
