The smile that lights your sweet face,
The way I feel when we embrace,
The trust and hope in my life you bring,
I find your love in everything.
The love you bring to my shattered heart,
When things just seem to fall apart,
And in the children you gave to me,
Who you have loved unselfishly.
In Grand-kids that we love so much,
Who receive your loving gentle touch,
When we are together side by side,
When I have failed, but really tried.
The warmth of your heart, and when,
You bring your kindness to a friend,
The ways you show how much you care,
In all the dreams we both have shared.
In good intentions and a loving heart,
The way I feel when we're apart,
In the promise of each tomorrow,
And even in the face of sorrow.
In the special things you say and do,
In all the memories I've shared with you,
And like the flowers in early spring,
I find your love in everything.
