I Hear I Feel Poem by Rebecca Stansfield

I Hear I Feel

I hear his name in the air,
I feel his motions in the wind,
I hear his voice is whispered everywhere,
-And I start dancing in rain.

I hear his desperation moving,
I feel his arms wrapping through the trees,
I hear his depression is also glooming,
-And I start singing in the rain.

I hear his tweeting in the sky,
I feel his presence everyday,
I hear him asking himself why,
-And I start running in the rain.

I hear his humming in the bark,
I feel his investigation searching,
I hear his answers make their mark,
-And I run further in the rain.

I hear his words preaching of his talk,
I feel his pattern as I stroll,
I hear his footsteps by me when I walk,
-And I pick up my pace in the rain.

I hear his heart within the patter,
I feel his own cuts cutting deeper,
I hear that it really does matter,
-And I sing as I run in the rain.
