I Heed Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Heed

I heed

My mother in law is no more
She was no less than real mother
Always gave warmth and love
I miss her so much and sincerely believed

I give her tribute not in customary words
But through the feelings and my work
I stand tall because of her
She provided strong cover

Not only provided home
But welcomed
In her simple one room apartment
That was one of the happiest moments

"Listen to all but act with what your conscious says"
Your integrity only pays
Not your sweet words alone
But conciliatory approach spells and magic is one

I pick few pieces of advice
And promised her
To be one against false practice
And live with harmony and at peace

I Heed
