I'Ll Wait 'Till Monday



your gone
but so close
your only farther when i imagine it
i'll wait 'till monday
to see your green eyes
melting in the morning sky
looking down at me
and your hand
in my hand.
but i must wait till monday
to see your face
your warm smile
and your hug
warming me on the bus
and telling me that you love me
I have to wait till monday
to see you baby!
