I'M Grateful Poem by Noah Body

It's another day of normalcy. I'm so lucky and soooo grateful for these days.

I'm grateful that my depressions have gotten milder even if they have been lasting longer.

I'm grateful my manic periods are staying at the hypomanic level and only lasting a day or two.

I'm grateful the insanity has for the most part stayed away. It's so nice to be sane.

I'm grateful for my wife who stayed with me through the worst of those insane periods. She is my bedrock. I don't know what I would do without her.

I'm grateful for my kids who love me so. They are my foundation.

I'm especially grateful for my grandkids who are my life.

I'm grateful for all you who supported me through those times of insanity. You all have been my bulwarks against the storm.

I am so grateful to be alive when I have tried so hard not to be. Life is a treasure gifted to us all.

I'm grateful for this day. Each new one brings new opportunities and new challenges.

I'm grateful for the chance to be grateful. I have come so close to not having anymore chances at all.
