When I say I'm okay I'm really not
I'm just hiding everything inside
Just look at the scars and see that I want more
But something always holds me back

All the tears I try not cry
But that's all I want to do is cry
Just wishing that I never existed

Nobody understands me
Nobody understands this pain
They just think its not a big deal
I wish they could walk a mile in my shoes

Then maybe they would see another side of things
Maybe they would see the reasons why these scars I love
Maybe they would just figure out that I'm not okay

That everything I do isn't good enough for nobody
That I'm just ready to breakdown
And when I say that I'm okay I'm really not
Just look on my left arm and see the visible scar that's fading it will tell you that I'm just ready to give in
