I Miss You Poem by DAVID TERRY

I Miss You

I miss you
I really do too
These months have now passed
Since we bid angry last
And at the end
I miss my friend
I miss your voice
I miss talking by choice
Staying up late to hear
Your daily love dear
Words spoken from afar
But never very far
From my heart
No more than a thought
Instead anger wrought
Today
Where I stay far away
And yet
I look at your picture
And I think of you
And I remember
That I loved you then
And still do now
I miss you my friend
