I missed you each time I came by;
Even so I felt you was near.
I missed you but I felt your presence
When I would say hello that you could hear.
I missed you because I missed your words to me,
In my honor, respect, and esteem.
I missed you for your kindness and love
Which means more to me than you will ever dream.
I missed you but enjoyed my visit;
I knew you would appreciate I took the time.
I missed you so I keep looking for you to be there,
And the pleasure will be mine.
