I Remained In Silence. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

I Remained In Silence.

Rating: 5.0

Today she came to me.
She asked me to be silent.

I entered my room.
Did n’t shut the door.
Sat on my chair.
Closed my eyes.
Remained in silence..

Time passed by but did not feel.

She came.
I heard her feathery steps.
Felt her breath.
Smelled her skin.
She bowed I knew.
Kissed me on my silent lips.

I remained in silence.

I Remained In Silence.

The story narrated in this poem is so amusing and romantic and it justifies the title properly. Beautiful poem with an angelic picture.

Poem painted the picture of a winged Angel, Sensual poem.....If the result of remaining silent is a kiss, I will remain silent for ever........Wonderful poem.
