I stand here with a smile
I stand here hiding my pain
I watch the cars race down the road
I watch them all race by
I came here to jump
I came to end my life
I think about the fall
I think about the mess it would make
I wonder who would clean me up
I wonder what would pass through their minds
I stand here at the edge
I stand here looking down
I watch the rocks fall off this cliff
I watch them fall down to the road
I came here today
I came here with a note
I think about my family
I think of how they would be hurt
I wonder how high up I am
I wonder why I still haven’t jumped
I stand here with a smile
I stand here hiding my pain

nice poem... life is never always bed of roses, even the pretty rose has thorns... we don't have rights to take our life away before god takes it.. live happily... read my poems when you find time.. thank you...
