I Want More! Poem by Emma Jane Rae

I dont want to be messed around,
by anymore blokes,
who could be popping pills,
or snorting coke,
i want someone who will treat me right,
so i'm not out of mind,
because i'm out of sight,
i'm watching water drip down the window pane,
i dont want to be hurt again,
i watch my phone ringing,
but i choose to ignore,
i'm gona be on my own,
so i will lock all of the doors,
i want someone,
who will treat me like a princess,
nothing more and nothing less,
someone who treats me to special things,
and likes to listen to me sing,
not someone who puts me down,
and makes me sad,
or shouts at me and make me feel bad,
someone who will dry my tears,
and make me smile,
if only for a little while,
i want to love and be loved back,
i want it to be total wack!
i want to feel good every second of the day,
but it doesn't take a man to make me feel that way,
so i'm gona comcentrate on my work and friends,
and see what happens in the end!
