If humanity should ever give birth!
from this journey across so much earth,
from its own womb and heavy contractions!
After feeling so much nurturing taxed and lost,
now this family as anxious as any can be!
Though the children steadfast, humming and drawing,
say, 'talk to mommy what baby we'll see? '
The kitchen full of cooks fussing
with all previous harvests, prepare for some relief!
Tired mother and worried father of all time
have hopeful, to hold up a new mind,
a newborn faith of universal kind!
