In miserable condition

When world leaders sleep!
and fail to keep
watch over recent developments
the humanity angle fails to present

no one can save the world
when consequences of wars are told
yet and if they fall on deaf ears
we have certainly to fear

we have witnessed the Holocaust
due to world war first to till date
what have we got out of it!
except curses and helplessness to hurl at

when the consciousness of human beings are ignored
and only war possibility is explored
think of mass exodus and mass extermination
is this what we want out of human relationships?

how many people are killed daily?
either one pretext or another really
whether it is engineered or out of awareness
we are passing through the critical phase

we have no plan for poverty alleviation
or spare time for the harmonious relationship
we have time for killing innocent people
who not only live in the miserable condition but made to struggle for life
