n the footsteps, we walk. We walk in the footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and all the people who died and marched beside him. We march in the footsteps of Harriett Tubman and all the obstacles she went through as she constantly risked being recaptured as she helped free others who were enslaved. We walk in the footsteps of Malcolm X and all he fought for us to have a voice and independence from our oppressors. We walk in the footsteps of black entrepreneurs like CJ Walker, Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, Jay-Z, and many others for through their hard work and determination they achieved the American dream. So as we continue to protest and strive for greater heights let's remember those before us as we walk in their footsteps.
