In To The Night The Dawn Awake Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

In To The Night The Dawn Awake

for the last part when after
midnight the night deepened;
to the fore the charismatic
man a charismatic train
clinical, and pretty and
attractive:
the winds and tempests howled
and yet he smiled;
intelligence and coolness of
temper hard to beat;
though winter be hard and deep
severe and large and more
in to the night the dawn awake
for the last part when after
midnight the night deepened
