Inner Hunger Poem by leonard daranjo

Inner Hunger

Rating: 5.0

My body holds me prisoner
But my metaphysical hunger
Keeps me alive
I yearn to rip apart darkness
Into ribbons of light so that
My world is illumined
By vibrant cataracts
Of luminescence

Condensed, like so much boiled-down truth. Wonderfully written, Leonard!
