Inner Sanctum Poem by George otto Becker

Inner Sanctum

Whithout aspirations those that came to me
so free and so fine as they tried to influence me
without reason or rhyme

With thier words of wisdom and thier thoughts of might
The versus they chose so full of fight
Inside our feelings my words come to light

Unknown to us thier works did lay
Upon my works I did dismay
Inside my lines we now play

Writing for you I stand in denial
As long as you hang with me just a while
Time for us to sing and dance for a smile
