While sitting in waiting
I did some baiting
I saw a dame
With some nice name
I looked and looked her again
No more patient, I forgot my pain
She was a lovely nurse
But far out of my purse
I still tried to satiate my desire
My Vile Part, I couldn’t hold from Fire
A dear one sitting beside me
I feared, she would chide me
I feel embarrassed, I couldn’t ignore
Her lovely face lured me, more and more
Till I got caught
By another innocent heart
Her frolicking nature, her angelic smile
Set everyone smiling all the while
And it was fun in the waiting hall
She was small but like China’s Wall
And about that Beauty, I forgot all
I must say with a poet’s sense of duty
I saw Innocence winning over Beauty.
