As poetry is from the heart,
With time, it does become an art;
The bard must always do his part;
The best comes when the going's worst!

From heart to hearts is poetry;
The words gush out so cleverly;
Imagination has a role;
But inspiration is the soul.

When flow of words falls in right place,
With choice of words and correct pace,
Amazing is the final blend,
That sets a mighty, newer trend.

A poet's heart's ever-ready;
A poet's pen must be steady;
Poetry is ‘word-smithery',
By within/ without energy!

Poems come out like dawn at morn;
The poet knows not when they're born;
The best poems are surprise-births;
Inspired, poems transpire!
