I've heard about you
and share sweet memories
of my encounter with you.

I would like to be your friend
so I can boldly hold your hand
and walk majestically on the street
to hear the sound of your voice
as we talk and share our passion.

I would like to hear your story
so I can be the confider
of your worst fears
to willingly share with you
your happy and sorrowful moments.

I would like to have a chat with you
as often as possible
so I can never have the feeling
of ever missing your presence
or your sweet and wonderful company.

I would like to take you on a date
so I can look straight into your eyes
and express to you
from the bottom of my heart
how much I truly love you.

I would like to know you O Africa
for my dreams to be realised
for my lust to be ended
so I can sit comfortably, to smile
and heave a sigh of relief.
