Intensed Suspension Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Intensed Suspension

Sensitive...
And in you I am.
There to feel your glee,
And sorrow.
There to feel a smile maintained.
Although under the surface,
I know more is contained.

Sensitive...
Without a word spoken.
I come to you to give.
A presence you can depend on,
Knowing with a hug what it is...
To live life like this,
And what you need from me.
And what we agree we miss!
It is my sense to sense when your senses,
Have spent intensed suspension...
In sensitivity.

You like that I know that?
I know...
Me too!
