"It might be that to surrender to happiness was to accept defeat, but it was a defeat better than many victories."
—W. Somerset Maugham, Of Human Bondage
Into blind faith
It is kind of stage
That we manage
With cool mind
And find
It is real happiness
When found on face
In real sense
That made you alright with good sense
Believe in no churches or temples
Until it guarantees you no troubles
Either from followers or from disciples
And comforts you in your struggle
It is up to you how to accept!
Make internal adjustment and act
To the state that makes you happy
And keeps cheerful really
Why we talk of such things?
Or listen in big seminars on something
That is purely theoretical
Argued on with suspicion identical
It does not address our concern
On the contrary, it makes more twist and turns
We good deep into blind faith
And that remains till death

I like the simplicity and the style. Strong structure too, I like that in a poem. 14 Dec by Luke Peterson to Into blind faith
