You saw right
Through me
In fact
You didn't see me
At all
You never did
Not even when
I was right
In your face
And you couldn't
Ignore me
Except you did
Time and time again
Passed over as usual
Eyes glazed over
With hurt
I swear I'm worth
More than the dirt
I'm treated as
Why's it hurt
So bad
Reflecting on what
We never had
Daydreaming
Eyes gleaming
Visualizing things
That'll never be
be well-assured! you ARE worth more than dirt! ! ! i think you are at least worth pebbles! but dirt (soil) is necessary for humans to live i believe, so it is not totally bad to be just worth dirt! a suggestion from bri: Especially since each line begins with a capital letter, punctuation of sentences would make reading the poem easier (at least for me) . but, ...another for MyPoemList. bri ;)
