Irrational Thoughts
From depth of heart
where everything starts
emotions raw
slowly beginning to thaw
My mind out of control
negative thoughts
roll and roll
Express
let it out
allow the mind to shout
Slowly
emotions calm
irrational thoughts
held out in my palm
No longer do they roam
gone
away to find
another home
My mind out of control negative thoughts roll and roll.......slowly emotions calm........ negative thoughts do not help us in any way........ all that is negative in our thoughts should leaves us. then we shall be free and be happy. thank you der poet. tony
