IS THERE A POEM FOR THE TIME /WHEN EVERYTHING IS GOING WRONG?

Is there a poem for the time
When everything is going wrong?
When chaos threatens?
When one cannot do right
No matter how one tries?

Is there a poem for life in decline
For old age and sickness
For hurting those one loves
When one wants to do the opposite?

Is there a poem for the time
When nothing is going right
And one has to try despite oneself
To be alright with others?

Is there a time when inside all one is says
‘I may not be able to get out of this after all?

And if there is a poem-
Can it be of real help
Just a little?
