Is This Our Song?
You and I,
Connected, separated by miles.
Thinking,
of each other with silent smiles.
You and I,
not talking about you and me.
Seeking,
desperately, other fish in the sea.
You and I,
Warmed by alcohol and sushi.
Singing,
warming up a night that’s chilly.
You and I,
and different shades of love.
Different,
asks from the one above.
You and I,
making each other laugh.
I have some,
and you have the other half.
You and I,
Looking for a song to fit.
I’m hoping,
Its timeless and a superhit!
It certainely is song of 'you and I'..... a very good piece indeed...! !
