It Appeals Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It Appeals

Rating: 5.0

Love to whom?
And love to when?
Time speaks
Not of its own

Love spreads
When someone tries to read
Makes efforts
And internally reports

The inner bells ring
Heart tunes and sing
Eyes spread wide
Think of future and decide

But where is time?
To think of danger any time
When flower is before us
With full blossom to trust

Yes, it appeals
And makes to feel
Real in its essence
If given a chance

So love is before us by an incidence
Where to souls try to meet by chance
Exchange lovely feeling
And open new page with inkling

A wonderful and very appealling outline of love opening a new page for two souls after long time in the waiting. Thank you dear poet-friend for this perceptive reminder. 10 Aug by Fay Slimm | Reply
