It happened one day,
That you took me by the hand,
And we strolled near a bubbly brook.
You tightened your grip on my small hand.
You tightened your arm around my waist.
We sauntered around this brook,
As it started to talk to us.
It said, that real love,
Was when we would stay together.
My beau kissed me on my cheek.
I kissed him on his lips.

But then when another one passed by,
He looked at her and went with her.
