It May Heal Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It May Heal

Rating: 5.0

You were close but far
Like sky with stars
Makes me no sad
But heart feels it bad

Not because you hate
Not because of ill fate
But some important thing to state
Love belongs to all, just wait

Neither did you lie!
Nor I tried to belie
Only you failed to see through
Love was pure and true

This took you away with little distance
It so happened only once
But mistrust takes no chance
Mirror reflects certainly the difference

It may heal
And look also real
But afford some more time
It may come to term sometimes

Love it with full confidence
So display no distance
Keep feeling as near as possible
The wrong things may certainly settle down

I like the idea. Danielle Timek14 minutes ago I understand what you're trying to say, and you present it with elegance, but maybe you should try to find a more steady rhythm. Don't get me wrong, it's great as is. Just trying to get some constructive criticism in! :) Comment +1 humm
