After all these years of being unable to let off
All the pain inside me that I keep balled up
Then I heard those grand words 'It's not your fault'
And it's lifted my spirits up

Now I can breathe with a clean chest
Really smile thats not fake
Fell worthy of the best
And any destination I can take

Sometimes those four small worlds can make my world
Make me feel like I'm loved
Since I don't hold the blame for
I'm soaring higher than a dove

I'm always thinking I'm the problem
Its just something I'm used to do
Then when they place the blame on them
Its weights taken off of you

Its an overwhelming thrill
Knowing for once you've done nothing wrong
Then the exceptance makes you feel
Like you're right all along

'It's not your fault'
I could hear that all day
Its helps me a lot
Because its making me change
