It's War That I Declare

Somewhere between unity and war,
we find ourselves trapped by the claws of our lack of expression.
Whether its them over-powering our rights,
or us enslaved by our own silence.
We have begged so much we lost our dignity,
looked so well we forgot to find our own selves,
worked so hard we forgot who we are,
or maybe cried so much we lost our voices.
I declare war,
i stand for those whose voices are dead,
those whose blood watered this land.
Africa, its war that i declare.
Prepare your shields and polish your swords
the war has already began.
From Middle-east it shall spread to the south,
this is our land
let them not destroy.
Weather away their hypocricy,
protect your oil and shelter your children.
African youth stand together,
your forefathers died because they worshipped Whites.
What is equality if we cannot own our dear Africa?
Who are they that we shall bow before?
Africa, i declare war..
Stand together and watch the space.
We know not of machines but of the soil,
not of weaves but our naturality
let your identity be your ancestors' blood,
for it spilt not for your depression,
but your own liberation.
Liberate yourselves from silence,
as it is the worst enemy your mind could own.
Dear African youth,
its war that i declare!
