Jesus Christ Personified

Jesus Christ personified
The attributes of love
And came Himself in human flesh
To show us God above
Those angels He created
Who sang at the virgin's birth
Continue to give praises to
The One who made this earth

With grace and tender mercy
He knows each child born
Has Adam's sinful nature
Our Saviour's heart is torn
He weepeth o'er the sinner's
Who won't receive the Light
He knows they seal their eternal doom
And darkness is their plight

Millions of His redeemed one's
Have spread that message far
Wise are those who have believed
And trusted that Morning Star
May you receive that miracle
As you celebrate His birth
If you have been, born but once
Come now, have second birth.
