Jesus To Alex

Jesus to Alex

Jesus just wrote me at 10: 49 AM (3 hours ago

Alex,
did you decide on the ceramic tiling for the top of the
Jacuzzi tub and below the rim so I can finish the work.
Thanks and have a good day.

Wow, I'm impressed that Jesus keeps up with the state of
the arts communications! I respond to him by PC.

Hi Jesus,
(We're on a first name basis since he's been working for us)
Gerri still has not decided on the ceramic tiles but what we
need several other things if you are interested. I suspect you
must be busy with all your supplicants after the last Santa
Ana winds! I wish you stopped breathing so hard!

#1 After the winds we had roof many tiles blown off.
So we need a roof inspection & replace the wasted tiles.
I think it's best to screw them down instead of using nails.

#2 The second job is to plug under the house any openings
to prevent mice from entering the house. There must be some
large enough openings around the water pipes below the
kitchen for mice & rats to enter the house.
They are unwelcome visitors hairy children of the Devil!

#3 The microwave is still here. Since you were paid $80 to
install it I'd like that job finished.

I think we can do it by gluing/taping the nut so it does not fall
inside. It means possibly enlarging the access hole.

PS: We didn't do anything since you worked here because we
had guest from San Francisco for several days and we rested
after they left.
So anytime you are available let us know.
Alex
