Just The Two Of Them? Poem by Dónall Dempsey

Just The Two Of Them?

Rating: 5.0

They lie
together

the two of them

unique to each
other.

He places
his hand

on her
belly

rubs it

tenderly

beneath
His hand

a foot kicks

quick then quick

again

he feels it

distinctively

against his fingertips.

they laugh

together

the three of them.
